Diagnostic Work-up Protocol |
Files Included: |
1 |
Features: |
My latest epistle. Describes for your patient the entire process leading up to your preparation for, and delivering of their consultation. Includes such information as the rationale behind mounted diagnostic models, photographs, and things that go into the consultation such as the co-decision making process, comfort consultation, guarantees, and so much more. It sets forth a fee for the entire chain of events leading to the patient’s treatment planning session. Includes our treatment guarantee for your review and amendment. The toughest thing for most dentists to do is to charge for the time they invest in working-up a case, therefore, most cases seldom get the time needed. Our fee for most cases like this is $2500-3500. Are you getting your money up front? This is a four page letter that will pay for itself the first time you use it. |

Here is the email that started this whole part of my business. I read this email, and then responded.
You guys ever send out letters to patients with pending treatment, that may show some examples of recent cases you have done with pictures? If so, any "bites' from it? And let say you want to do something like this, how do you capture your images from your libraries, resize and put on letterhead (and which program is best to do this with?) Thanks
Mark T Weiser DDS
Last year, I spent more than a few hours putting together a series of over 40 letters which are sent out on a regular basis, and do work to remind people about their pending treatment. I've included a few examples, and if you'd like the entire set, I'm happy to sell them.
The set includes the following:
- 3 Headache patient letters - patients who consulted regarding TMJ issues but not started treatment yet.
- 3 letters for patients who haven't had any treatment after an endodontic completion
- 4 letters for patients who haven't followed through after a consultation for comprehensive treatment
- 4 letters for pateints who have been diagnosed with periodontal problems buy haven't scheduled.
- 3 letters for patients who were supposed to get started by seeing a specialist, but haven't done so already
- 3 letters for patients who were only seen on an emregency basis
- 4 letters for patients who came in for a cosmetic consultation, but haven't started yet.
- 3 letters for patients who came in for an implant consultation, but haven't started yet
